This research aimed to assess the impact of fermented Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus by-products (FCSF) on growth performance, gut digestive enzyme activity, nutrient utilization efficiency, microbiota, and their metabolites in broiler chickens. A total 1,080 male chickens were allocated into four groups (T1–T4) consisting 6 replicates per group, each containing 45 The basal diet was provided group T1, while T2, T3, T4 supplemented with 1%, 3%, 5% FCSF diet, respectively. experimental period 42 days. findings revealed that supplementing improved FW ADG chickens, led a reduction F/G, ADFI, mortality rate ( p < 0.05).
